I am looking for someone to do a loan for me to buy a house. I have $12,000.00 cash, and need $50,000.00! I am in the middle of a foreclosure, I know that doesn't sound good....believe me, I don't want it considering that my husband and I physically built the home. I have 4 small children, and really just got in way over my head! Had a sister in law do the refinancing on my house, and didn't realize that there was a 2 year balloon that sent my interest rate sky high!! So now i am downsizing to a smaller home. Please let me know if someone can help!!
